Garage Basement Stairs

Hi guys ive been trying to figure out how to properly make some stairs leading from the garage to the basement. I would like to insulate the exterior of the basement walls.

The stairs from the garage to the basement was more of a convenience thing as the way it was laid out didnt make it practical for moving big things in and out of the basement. We are currently building a home and have concrete steps leading to the basement in our garage. I was looking at starting the just a short distance from the man door in the garage to the back pation continuing down toward the other set of steps.
